WinDoctor cannot fix the error " 'C:\WINNT\System32\MAPISRVR.EXE' cannot access a necessary file 'Gapi32.dll' "

Copy the file Gapi32.dll to where WinDoctor expects to find it

Start Windows Explorer.

Open the following folder:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\Mapi\1033\NT

In the right Explorer pane, right-click Gapi32.dll, and then click Copy.

Open the following folder:

C:\Windows\System32

Right-click the System32 folder, and then click Paste.

Exit Windows Explorer.

Restart the computer.

If the error is not fixed after you restart your computer, go to STEP 3.

STEP 3
Configure WinDoctor to ignore the error

Run the WinDoctor scan that causes the error.

On the View menu, click Advanced.

The view changes from "Problems Found" to "Explore" and "Details."

Right-click the error, and then click Ignore Selected Problem.
