Uninstalling Norton Internet Security or Norton Personal Firewall 2005

STEP 2
  Remove Norton Internet Security or Norton Personal Firewall

Do one of the following:
 
  • Click Start > Control Panel.
  • In some versions of Windows you may need to click Start > Settings > Control Panel.

Click Add or Remove Programs.

In the list of installed programs, click Norton Internet Security or Norton Personal Firewall.

Depending on what you see, click Remove, Change, or Add/Remove.

Depending on what you see, click Remove All or Remove.

Click Next and follow the instructions.

Click Restart Windows Now (recommended) when you are asked to do so.
Norton Personal Firewall is not fully removed until you restart your computer.
8
Click Finish.
