STEP 2		Uninstall Norton AntiVirus 2003 or Norton AntiVirus 2003 Professional Edition
		Uninstall Norton AntiVirus 2003 from the Norton AntiVirus program menu 1 Click Start > Programs > Norton AntiVirus, and then click "Uninstall Norton AntiVirus 2003" or "Uninstall Norton AntiVirus 2003 Professional Edition." 2 Click Remove, and then follow the on-screen prompts. Click Yes or "Yes to all" as needed. 3 Restart the computer when prompted. Uninstall Norton AntiVirus using the Norton Removal tool Warning The Norton Removal Tool uninstalls all Norton 2007/2006/2005/2004/2003 products from your computer. Before you continue, make sure that you have the installation CDs or downloaded installation files and the product keys for any Norton products that you want to reinstall. Also, if you use ACT! or WinFAX, back up those databases and uninstall those products. 1 Download the Norton Removal Tool. DOWNLOAD  Save the file to the Windows desktop. 2 On the Windows desktop, double-click the Norton Removal Tool icon. 3 Follow the on-screen instructions. Your computer may be restarted more than once, and you may be asked to repeat some steps after the computer restarts.
