- If the Repair Wizard shows the name of the risk as a link, then click that link to go to the Symantec Security Response Web site.
- If you do not see a link, go to the Symantec Security Response Threat Explorer site.
Type the name of the risk in the search box, and then click Search. The search results contain a document that tells how to remove the risk. |

- If the problem is not fixed, continue to STEP 3.

Reset the program to the default settings |

- Start Norton AntiVirus.
If Norton AntiVirus is part of Norton Internet Security or Norton SystemWorks, then start that program.

- Click Options.
- If you see a menu, click Norton AntiVirus.

- In the left pane, click Auto-Protect.
|
- 4
- Under Auto-Protect, click Bloodhound.
- If you are sure that the file that is causing the alert is not infected and you want to keep the Bloodhound settings high, then set Auto-Protect to not scan the specific file.

- In the right pane, click the Page Defaults button.
