- In the Run dialog box, type the following text:

- When the System Configuration Utility appears, click Selective Startup.
- Below it are several processing options. Clear them all.

- When you are prompted to restart the computer, click Yes.

When you have completed your troubleshooting, go to STEP 3 to configure Windows to perform Normal startup. | |
