Norton Internet Security Identity Safe does not type the password or form information

The Identity Safe feature in Norton Internet Security 2008 helps you to safely fill in online forms automatically, which saves your time and effort. Occasionally, Identity Safe may not fill in a form completely or accurately. This can occur if the Web site is designed incorrectly or Identity Safe is unable to recognize the particular field in the Web form. 

We are currently collecting information about the Web sites which does not work with Identity Safe.

  Report an Identity Safe problem

To copy the Web site's address (URL), select the URL from the Address Bar on your Web browser and press CTRL + C.

After reading all of these instructions, click the button to send an email to Symantec.

SEND EMAIL

The button opens your email program (if it is not already open). The address and subject fields will already be filled in.

In the body of the email, press Ctrl + V to paste the URL that you just copied.

Write a brief description of the problem, and send the email.
