How to backup and restore Identity Safe data in Norton Internet Security 2008

Backup Identity Safe data |
|
|

- Start Norton Internet Security.
|

- On the Norton Internet Security tab, click Tasks & Scans.
|

- Click Manage Identity Safe Profile > Identity Safe Settings.
If you are not logged into Identity Safe, click Log In or Out of Identity Safe > Log In. |

- In the left pane, click Backup & Restore.

- Click Browse and select the location where you want to backup the Identitiy Safe passwords.
- For added security, you can assign a password to this backup.

- Start Norton Internet Security.
|

- On the Norton Internet Security tab, click Tasks & Scans.

- Click Manage Identity Safe Profile > Identity Safe Settings.
- If you are not logged into Identity Safe, click Log In or Out of Identity Safe > Log In.

- In the left pane, click Backup & Restore.
|

- When you receive the warning message, click Yes to confirm.
|
- 7
- Click Browse and locate the backup file which you want to restore.
- If you have assigned a security password to the backup, enter the password.
