How to uninstall GoBack

Warning
Do not allow any utility to monitor the uninstall process of GoBack, as this may prevent the uninstall process from completing successfully.

Note

Uninstalling GoBack will clear the GoBack history and you will lose the ability to revert your drive or recover files.
You must be logged in as an administrator to uninstall GoBack on Windows NT/2000/XP. For information on this, read the document Privileges needed to install or uninstall GoBack under Windows NT/2000/XP.

Uninstall GoBack

Close all programs.

On the Windows taskbar, click Start > Settings > Control Panel, and then double-click Add/Remove Programs.
If you are using Windows XP with the XP Start menu (instead of the Classic Start Menu), on the Windows taskbar, click Start > Control Panel, and then double-click Add or Remove Programs.

In the list of programs, select your version of GoBack, for example GoBack Personal Edition, Go Back Deluxe, or Norton GoBack.
You may need to use the scroll bar to view the whole list.

Click Add/Remove, Change/Remove, or Remove (this varies with the operating system).

Follow the prompts to complete the uninstallation.
