STEP 1		Before you begin
		We suggest that you print this page before you start. PRINT This document is for pcAnywhere or WinFax products. If you have a different product, please go to our main document and choose the product that you have. Then follow the steps in that document. If you have more than one Norton product, be sure to get the product key, CD or installation file for each product that you want to reinstall before running the Norton Removal Tool.

STEP 2		Save your Product Key
		These products do not use a product key. If you have WinFax, make sure that you backup your database now. Be sure that you have your product CD or installation file, then go to STEP 3 below.

STEP 3		Uninstall pcAnywhere or WinFax
		1 Click Start > Control Panel. 2 Double-click Add or Remove Programs. 3 In the Currently installed programs list, click pcAnywhere or WinFax. 4 Click Remove. If you do not see a Remove button, click Change. 5 Click Remove All. If you do not see a Remove All button, click Remove. 6 Click Next, and follow the instructions. 7  Restart your computer.

STEP 4		Download and run the Norton Removal Tool
		Warning The Norton Removal Tool uninstalls all Norton 2008/2007/2006/2005/2004/2003 products and Norton 360 from your computer. If you use ACT! or WinFAX, back up those databases before you proceed. 1 Download the Norton Removal Tool for your version of Windows.   I use Windows Vista/XP/2000. DOWNLOAD   I use Windows Me/98. DOWNLOAD  Save the file to the Windows desktop. 2 On the Windows desktop, double-click the Norton Removal Tool icon. 3 Follow the on-screen instructions.  Your computer may be restarted more than once, and you may be asked to repeat some steps after the computer restarts.
