Save your Product Key | ||||
|
Your product key should have been saved in a text file in the following location: C:/My Documents/Symantec/Norton Product Name_Key.txt Locate this text file to be sure that you have your product key. You will need your product key later to reinstall your product. If you do not have the text file or cannot locate it, you can find your product key on the CD sleeve that your product CD came in, or if you downloaded your product, in a confirmation email. Once you have your product CD or installation file and the product key, continue with STEP 3 below. If you cannot find your product key, CD or installation file, and you have Windows XP, then we suggest that you upgrade to the latest version of your product. UPGRADE |
