Cannot expand sections in a Symantec Knowledge Base document

STEP 2
  Reset the Internet Explorer default security settings

Start Internet Explorer.

On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.

On the Security tab, under Select a Web content zone to specify its security settings, click the Internet icon.

Select one of the following depending on your situation: 
  • If the Default button appears dimmed, the default levels are already set. Go to STEP 3.

  • If the Default button does not appear dimmed, then click it and proceed with the remaining lines in this STEP.

Click OK.

Exit all Internet Explorer windows that are open, and then restart Internet Explorer.

Return to the Web page that did not open correctly, and try to open the sections. 
  • If the sections do not open, then go to STEP 3.
  • If the sections open, you have finished with this document.
STEP 3
  Download and install the Microsoft files
I have Windows XP/2000

You need to reinstall Microsoft Windows Script. Click the link for installing Microsoft Windows Script 5.7 for your version of Windows:

In the Validation Required section, click Continue and follow the on-screen instructions.

I have Windows 98/ME

Click Start > Run.

In the Run dialog box, type the following text:
 
regsvr32 C:\windows\system\jscript.dll

Click OK.
 A message indicated whether the command succeeded or failed.
 If the command failed, verify that you typed the command correctly.

Click OK.
