Uninstalling your Norton products on Windows XP

STEP 2
Uninstall your Norton products

Click Start > Control Panel.

Double-click Add or Remove Programs.

In the Currently installed programs list, click the Norton product that you want to uninstall.

Click Remove.
If you do not see a Remove button, click Change.

Click Remove All.
If you do not see a Remove All button, click Remove.

Click Next, and follow the instructions.

If you have other Norton products that you want to uninstall, repeat steps 3 through 6.

Restart your computer.
