Error: "LU1803: LiveUpdate failed while getting your updates" or "LiveUpdate had an internal error while getting your updates"

This solution requires that you use Internet Explorer. If this page is open in any other Web browser, open it in Internet Explorer.

STEP 1
Delete the contents of the LiveUpdate folder

Run a tool to delete LiveUpdate files. RUN IT NOW

STEP 2
Download and install the latest version of LiveUpdate

Run a tool to install the latest version of LiveUpdate. RUN IT NOW
