Message: "LU1823: LiveUpdate is already running . . . Please wait for this LiveUpdate session to finish . . . "

Situation:

When you run LiveUpdate, you see "LU1823: LiveUpdate is already running or the LiveUpdate configuration window is open. Please wait for this LiveUpdate session to finish or close the configuration window before running LiveUpdate again."

Solution:

STEP 1   Wait for 15 minutes 1 Wait for at least 15 minutes. 2 Run LiveUpdate again. If the problem persists, go to STEP 2 STEP 2   Run the fix tool 1 Run a tool to end LiveUpdate running in background. RUN IT NOW 2 Run LiveUpdate again.   What if this didn't work?
