  • GEAR Software develops the CD/DVD authoring software that is used when Norton Save & Restore 1.0 and 2.0, Norton Ghost 9.0, 10.0, 12.0 and 14.0, Symantec LiveState Recovery 3.0 and 6.0, Drive Image 7.0, and V2i Protector create image files directly onto CD and DVD.
  • The version of GEAR that comes with Norton Save & Restore, Norton Ghost, Symantec LiveState Recovery, Drive Image, and V2i Protector does not have a manual listed in the GEAR Software document, but compatibility information can be found in the GEAR DVD and GEAR CD-RW manuals.
