PQIDeploy or DeployCenter stops responding while loading, before the interface appears

Situation:
While attempting to load PQIDeploy or DeployCenter, before the user interface appears, the computer stops responding. If you wait 15 to 30 minutes, you see "Read error."

Solution:
This problem occurs when the network interface card (NIC) and the storage controller share the same hardware interrupt. If possible, change the interrupt of one of the devices to an interrupt that does not conflict with any other devices.

Changing the IRQ of these devices may not always be an option, as some older cards and controllers do not allow you to change their IRQs. Also, some newer motherboards with built-in NICs and storage controllers (particularly SATA controllers) share the IRQ intentionally. To resolve the problem in these cases, add the switches /NOCDR and /IDE=OFF to the PQIDeploy or DeployCenter command line.
