Error: "STOP 0x00000020 KERNEL_APC_PENDING_DURING_EXIT" on Windows 2003
This is a problem with the current version of the Symevent drivers on Windows Server 2003. If you have installed Symantec AntiVirus Corporate Edition 9.x on Windows Server 2003, do not update the version of Symevent beyond the version that shipped with Symantec AntiVirus.
If you have installed a recent version of pcAnywhere, LiveUpdate may update Symevent to the most recent version. pcAnywhere does not require Symevent. Symantec has a version of pcAnywhere available that does not include the Symevent drivers.
