How to determine your version of Ghost
Question/Issue:
This document explains how to determine which version of Ghost you have.
Solution:
In most cases, the version of Ghost Console, Ghost Client, Ghost Explorer and Ghost.exe will all be the same. In some cases the version will be the same but the build will be slightly different.

You can find your Ghost version from Ghost Explorer, from the Windows Start menu, or by looking at the dates of specific files.

How to determine your version of Norton Ghost 9.0
Because Ghost appears differently on each computer, depending on the Ghost version and on whether you installed the Ghost client or the Ghost server, not all methods work for all Ghost versions. Use the following list to determine which method to use for your Ghost installation.
The version of Norton Ghost that is included in Norton SystemWorks Premier or Norton SystemWorks Professional depends on the version of Norton SystemWorks.
- Norton SystemWorks 2005 Premier includes Norton Ghost 9.0 and Norton Ghost 2003
- Norton SystemWorks 2004 Professional includes Norton Ghost 2003
- Norton SystemWorks 2003 Professional includes Norton Ghost 2003
