After installing Norton Utilities, System Restore fails to run

Situation:
After installing Norton Utilities 2001, the new System Restore feature in Windows Millenium Edition no longer creates "restore points."

Solution:
Unconfirmed reports indicate that the Disk Health sensor in Norton System Doctor is causing this. We are currently investigating the situation. Until we know more we suggest removing this sensor from Norton System Doctor.
