Run Software Update and reinstall your Symantec product |

- Om the Apple menu, click Software Update.
|

- Make sure that Java Update for Mac OS X v10.3.9 is checked, and then click Install.

- After the update has finished, click Quit.
|
- 4
- Download and run the Symantec Uninstaller. RUN IT NOW
- Restart the computer when you are asked to do so.

- Reinstall your Symantec product.
- Restart the computer when you are asked to do so.

- Click Customize this Update Session.

- In the list of available updates, uncheck everything except LiveUpdate.

- In the Summary window, quit LiveUpdate.
- The old version of LiveUpdate remains in memory until you quit the program.

- Click Update Everything Now.
- When you see the Summary window, your virus definitions are up to date.
