Situation:
You want to expand Norton DiskDoubler Pro or Norton FastBack 3.x compressed files. These Symantec Macintosh products are no longer supported nor a part of Norton Utilities for Macintosh.
Solution:
Norton Expand can be used to restore and expand archives created by Norton DiskDoubler Pro and Norton FastBack 3.x. It will expand complete archives and will not allow for selection of individual files to restore from the backup. It is available for download from the Symantec FTP site.
