Emptying the Norton Protected Recycle Bin

STEP 2
Empty the Norton Protected Recycle Bin

Right-click the Norton Protected Recycle Bin icon, and then click Empty Norton Protected Files.

Follow the prompts.

STEP 3
Change how often files are purged

Right-click the Norton Protected Recycle Bin icon, and then click Properties.

On the Norton Protection tab, select the drive from the drop-down list.

Check Purge Protected Files After.

Change the figure to a new number of days.
