Check the available drive space

Click Start > My Computer or Computer.

Right-click Local Disk (C:) and then click Properties.

Look on the General tab, next to Free space.

You should have at lease 500 MB free. If you need to free up drive space and are not sure how to do so, we suggest that you contact a qualified computer consultant.
