Cannot connect to a specific Web site but I can connect to the Internet with Norton 360

If you purchased your product through your internet service provider (ISP), please be sure that you have the latest version available from your ISP.

NOTE Note If you use an Internet-enabled program to access the website, the problem may be with the program and not the website. To make sure that your program has access to the Internet, read Cannot use a specific program after installing Norton 360.

  Turn off Transaction Security

Start Norton 360.

Click Tasks & Settings.

Click Change Advanced Settings.

Uncheck Transaction Security.

Click Apply > OK.

Click Close.

Try to access the Web site. Select one of the following depending on your situation.
