STEP 2		Clear the cache in Internet Explorer
		1 Start Internet Explorer. 2 On the Tools menu, click Internet Options. 3 Click Delete Cookies. 4 Click OK when you are asked "Delete all cookies in the Temporary Internet File folder?" 5 Click Clear History. 6 Click Yes when you are asked "Are you sure you want Windows to delete your history of visited Web sites?" 7 Click OK.

STEP 3		Turn on or turn off Ad Blocking and Pop-up Blocking
		I use a 2006/2005 version of Norton Internet Security or Norton AntiSpam I want to turn on Ad Blocking and Pop-up Blocking 1 In the main window, on the left side, click Norton AntiSpam. 2 Click Ad Blocking, and then click Turn On.  If an Ad Blocking window appears, click OK. 3 Click Pop-up Blocking, and then click Turn On. I want to turn off Ad Blocking and Pop-up Blocking 1 In the main window, on the left side click Norton AntiSpam. 2 Click Ad Blocking, and then click Turn Off. 3 Click Pop-up Blocking, and then click Turn Off. I use a 2004 or earlier version of Norton Internet Security or Norton AntiSpam I want to turn on Ad Blocking and Pop-up Window Blocking 1 In the main window, double-click Ad Blocking. 2 Check Ad Blocking. 3 Check Pop-up Window Blocking. 4 Click OK. I want to turn off Ad Blocking and Pop-up Window Blocking 1 In the main window, double-click Ad Blocking. 2 Uncheck Ad Blocking. 3 Uncheck Pop-up Window Blocking. 4 Click OK.
