STEP 2		Uninstall Norton Internet Security or Norton Personal Firewall using Add/Remove Programs
		I have Windows 98/Me 1 Click Start > Settings > Control Panel. 2 Double-click Add/Remove Programs. 3 Click the Install/Uninstall tab for Windows 98/Me. 4 Click Norton Internet Security or Norton Personal Firewall from the list of installed programs, and then click Add/Remove. The Remove Application window appears. 5 Click Remove All to remove Norton Internet Security or Norton Personal Firewall 2003. The "Remove All" option uninstalls both Norton Internet Security and Norton AntiVirus 2003.   Note If Norton AntiVirus 2003 was installed with Norton Internet Security 2003, the "Remove NAV" button appears. The "Remove NAV" button only uninstalls Norton AntiVirus 2003 from the computer. The "Remove NAV" button is not available in Norton Personal Firewall 2003. 6 Follow the on-screen prompts to continue with the uninstall procedure. What if this didn't work? I have Windows 2000/XP 1 Click Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs. 2 Click Norton Internet Security or Norton Personal Firewall from the list of currently installed programs, and then click Change.   Note If the "Remove" button is clicked, then a dialog box appears and prompts you to click the program's "Change" button to uninstall Norton Internet Security or Norton Personal Firewall. The Remove button for Norton Internet Security and Norton Personal Firewall 2003 was designed this way to reduce tampering with the program. 3 Follow the on-screen prompts to continue with the uninstallation procedure. What if this didn't work?
