Cannot see all of a Web page when Norton Internet Security or Norton Personal Firewall is installed

I have Norton Internet Security or Norton Personal 2006/2005/2004
This problem can occur if functions such as, scripts, ActiveX controls, Java applets, referral information, and ads are blocked by specific Web rules.
            
  How to determine whether Web rules are blocking the page

Open Norton Internet Security or Norton Personal Firewall.

Double-click Privacy Control.

Click Advanced.

Click Add Site.

Type the URL for the Web site that contains that Web page.
 For example, www.test.com may be the Web site that contains the page www.test.com/samples/sample1.html.

Click OK.
 An entry is added to the list for that Web site. If the Web site was already listed, it is not added again.

In the left frame, click the name of that Web site.

In the right frame, click the Global Settings tab.

Under Information about your browser, uncheck Use default settings.

Click Permit.

Under Information about visited sites, uncheck Use default settings.

Click Permit.

Under Scripts, uncheck Use default settings.

Click Permit.

Click OK.

Click OK again.

Double click on Personal Firewall.

Click Custom Level.

In the "Customize Security Settings" window, look at both the Java applet and ActiveX boxes.
If either or both are set to block, lower the security level

Click OK.

Click OK.

Exit the program and try to connect to the Web page again.

Click Norton Internet Secuirty or Norton Personal firewall.

Click Web content.

Click Add Site.
