I cannot connect to a specific Web site when using Norton Internet Security

These tasks include displaying hidden files, backing up your registry, cleaning up temporary files, and checking your logon status.

 

STEP 1
  Print this page

  Run LiveUpdate

Run a tool to start LiveUpdate. RUN IT NOW

After the LiveUpdate session is complete, exit your Web browser.

Start the Web browser and try to access the Web site.

STEP 3
  Download and install the latest version of Crypt32.dll

To download and install the latest version of Crypt32.dll, read An application that calls Cryptography API (CryptoAPI) functions may stop responding on a Windows XP-based computer.
