Outlook or Outlook Express stops responding after clicking the "This is Spam" button in your email program

Situation:
After you click the "This is Spam" or "This is Not Spam" button in Outlook or Outlook Express, your email program stops responding or fails.

Solution:
This problem was fixed by the latest Norton AntiSpam program update. To install the update, start Norton AntiSpam or Norton Internet Security, and then click LiveUpdate. Download all available updates, including the Norton AntiSpam program update, and then restart the computer if prompted.
