A scheduled virus scan does not run under Windows 2000 or XP

NOTE Note Windows 2000 and XP do not require user accounts to create a password when software is installed. However, the Windows Task Scheduler does require that users have a password for any scheduled events to run. If a scheduled scan is not configured with a user name and password, then the scan will not run.
