How to prevent the outgoing email message from displaying when sending email
Situation:
When you send email after installing Norton AntiVirus (NAV) 2002 or 2003, you see an "Outgoing Email" message. The message remains until all of your outgoing email has been scanned. You want to stop the message box from displaying during a scan.

Follow the steps that apply to your version of NAV to prevent the outgoing email message from displaying when sending email.
NOTE: Disabling the outgoing email message from displaying does not disable outgoing email scanning.
