STEP 2		Select your Norton product
		I am using Norton AntiVirus 2006 1 Start Norton AntiVirus.  If Norton AntiVirus is installed as part of Norton SystemWorks or Norton Internet Security, then start that program and click Norton AntiVirus. 2 Click Reports. 3 In the right pane, click View Norton Quarantine and Restore. 4 In the left pane, choose the type of threat that you want to restore. Do the following depending on your choice   If you choose Security Risks, read the document Restoring security risks in Norton AntiVirus 2006. If you choose Security Threats, then click Security Threats. 5 In the right pane, click the item that you want to restore and click Restore Item. 6 When you see the Warning message, click Yes. The file will be decrypted and replaced to its original location. I am using Norton AntiVIrus 2003/2004/2005 1 Start Norton AntiVirus.  If Norton AntiVirus is installed as part of Norton SystemWorks or Norton Internet Security, then start that program and click Norton AntiVirus. 2 Click Reports. 3 Do one of the following, depending on your version of the program:   Norton AntiVirus 2005: In the right pane, click View Quarantined Items. Norton AntiVirus 2003/2004: In the right pane, across from Quarantined items, click the View Report button. 4 In the left pane, click Quarantined Items. If you have submitted a quarantined file to Symantec Security Response using Norton AntiVirus Scan and Deliver, then the previously quarantined file will be moved from Quarantined Items to Backup Items. If you have submitted a file but now want to restore it, then click Backup Items. 5 In the right pane, select the item that you want to restore. 6 Click Restore Item. 7 When you see the Warning message, click Yes. 8 When the Restore results message appears, click OK. The file will be decrypted and replaced to its original location.
