STEP 2		Reinstall Norton AntiVirus
		I downloaded Norton AntiVirus after January 22, 2003 1 Double-click the NAVV9_15D.exe icon on the desktop, and then follow the steps in the Installation Wizard. If you do not see the icon, then continue with the following steps. 2 Start Windows Explorer. 3 Select your operating system.  I have Windows 98/Me/XP Navigate to the following file C:\Windows\Temp\NAV\Setup.exe This is the default location of the Norton AntiVirus installation files; if you have changed the default settings, then navigate to that folder. I have Windows 2000 Navigate to the following file C:\Winnt\Temp\NAV\Setup.exe This is the default location of the Norton AntiVirus installation files; if you have changed the default settings, then navigate to that folder. 4 Double-click the Setup.exe file. 5 Follow the steps in the Installation Wizard. 6 Restart the computer when prompted. I downloaded Norton AntiVirus on or before January 22, 2003 1 On the desktop, double-click the Vbox NAV90esd.exe icon, and then follow the steps in the Installation Wizard. If you do not see the icon, then continue with the following steps. 2 Start Windows Explorer. 3 Navigate to the following file:  C:\Program Files\Common Files\Vbox\Installers\Symantec_Norton_AntiVirus_2003_9.0\Setup.exe 4 Double-click the Setup.exe file. 5 Follow the steps in the Installation Wizard. 6 Restart the computer when prompted.
