STEP 2
Reinstall Norton AntiVirus

I downloaded Norton AntiVirus after January 22, 2003

Double-click the NAVV9_15D.exe icon on the desktop, and then follow the steps in the Installation Wizard.
If you do not see the icon, then continue with the following steps.

Start Windows Explorer.

Select your operating system.

I have Windows 98/Me/XP

Navigate to the following file

C:\Windows\Temp\NAV\Setup.exe

This is the default location of the Norton AntiVirus installation files; if you have changed the default settings, then navigate to that folder.

I have Windows 2000

Navigate to the following file

C:\Winnt\Temp\NAV\Setup.exe

This is the default location of the Norton AntiVirus installation files; if you have changed the default settings, then navigate to that folder.

Double-click the Setup.exe file.

Follow the steps in the Installation Wizard.

Restart the computer when prompted.

I downloaded Norton AntiVirus on or before January 22, 2003

On the desktop, double-click the Vbox NAV90esd.exe icon, and then follow the steps in the Installation Wizard.
If you do not see the icon, then continue with the following steps.

Start Windows Explorer.

Navigate to the following file:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Vbox\Installers\Symantec_Norton_AntiVirus_2003_9.0\Setup.exe

Double-click the Setup.exe file.

Follow the steps in the Installation Wizard.

Restart the computer when prompted.
