Information about stopping ccApp.exe from loading at startup

            
  What is ccApp.exe?

ccApp is an important part of the protection that Norton AntiVirus or Norton Internet Security provides and should not be disabled at startup.  It calls the different program features in these products and makes sure that those programs are running.

            
  Reenabling ccApp.exe to run on start up
I disabled ccApp.exe myself, but need to reenable it

Click Start > Run.

In the Run dialog box type the following text:
msconfig

Click OK.

On the Startup tab, check ccApp.

Click OK.

Restart the computer.
I did not disable ccApp.exe myself, but need to reenable it
