I have Norton AntiVirus 9.9.06B or 9.9.06D
This version of Norton AntiVirus cannot currently be updated to the latest version of the Common Client program. Do not install the Common Client update. Norton AntiVirus will continue to fully protect your computer without the update. The update does not affect the functionality of the Norton AntiVirus email, IM, or manual scanner or the Auto-Protect feature of the program.

Before you continue, make sure that you have the installation CDs or downloaded installation files for any Norton products that you want to reinstall.
