Create a bootable GoBack CD |

- Click the button to download Ngbboot.iso file. DOWNLOAD
|
- 2
- Burn the Ngbboot.iso file to CD.

Use the bootable GoBack CD |

- Insert the bootable GoBack CD into the CD/DVD drive.

- Restart the computer.

Ensure that the computer can boot from the CD/DVD drive. If you cannot boot from a CD, you may need to modify your BIOS settings. For assistance, contact your computer's manufacturer. | |

- After the computer reboots, type the following command and press Enter:

- The utility removes the changes that GoBack made to the boot sector and the partition table and further troubleshooting can proceed.

Uninstall GoBack |

- On the Windows taskbar, click Start > Settings > Control Panel, and then double-click Add/Remove Programs.
If you are using Windows XP with the XP Start menu (instead of the Classic Start Menu), on the Windows taskbar, click Start > Control Panel, and then double-click Add or Remove Programs. |

- In the list of programs, select your version of GoBack, for example GoBack Personal Edition, Go Back Deluxe, or Norton GoBack.
You may need to use the scroll bar to view the whole list. |

- Click Add/Remove, Change/Remove, or Remove (this varies with the operating system).

- Follow the prompts to complete the uninstallation.
