Cannot start Windows after installing GoBack

STEP 1

 Because you must return to this page after you restart the computer, add this page to Favorites.

STEP 2
  Disable Norton GoBack during the computer restart

Restart your computer.

When the Norton GoBack start screen appears, press the Spacebar.

On the Norton GoBack start menu, click Disable.
 A message informs you that disabling Norton GoBack will clear the history.

Click Yes.

Click OK.

Click Continue.
The computer automatically restarts and Norton GoBack is disabled.
STEP 3
  Uninstall Norton GoBack through Add/Remove Programs

On the Windows taskbar, click Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs.

Click Norton SystemWorks.

Click Change.

Click Modify.

Uncheck Norton GoBack.

Click Next.

Follow the on-screen instructions.

Restart the computer when prompted.
