Error: "This action cannot be completed . . . Switch To . . ." when starting WinFax

Situation:
When you start the WinFax Program Setup or the WinFax Message Manager, you see the error message, "Server Busy. This action cannot be completed because the other program is busy. Choose 'Switch To' to activate the busy problem and correct the problem. Switch To Retry." The next time that you attempt to start WinFax, it starts successfully and does not display the error message.

Solution:
This is an intermittent problem that does not affect the functioning of WinFax.

To solve the problem, click the "Switch To" button multiple times until the error message dialog box closes, and then start WinFax.
