Situation:
When you use Microsoft® Outlook 2003 with WinFax PRO 10.03 or earlier and Outlook attempts to access the WinFax message logs or contacts list, Outlook and WinFax stop responding. The computer is running Windows XP or Windows 2000.
Solution:
Read the section that corresponds to your version of WinFax.
WinFax PRO 10.03
If you have WinFax PRO 10.03 installed on the Windows 2000 platform, fix the problem by copying the DCCDA32I.DLL file from the WinFax folder on the WinFax PRO 10.03 CD to the WinFax installation folder on the hard drive.
WinFax PRO 10.02
WinFax PRO 10.02 and earlier are not compatible with Microsoft Outlook 2003.

Cannot view WinFax logs from within Outlook 2003
When you browse the WinFax folders from within Outlook, you can see the fax logs that are listed in each folder, but cannot view or open them. This is a problem with Outlook 2003. To view or open the WinFax logs, open WinFax and access them from within WinFax.
