Outlook 2002 stops responding or other Outlook errors after installing WinFax 10.02

Situation:
Outlook 2002 does not respond, or you experience other errors with Outlook after you install WinFax PRO 10.02 or WinFax 10.02 Basic Edition.

Solution:
Symantec has confirmed that this is an issue with WinFax PRO 10.02.
