Solution:
To use the latest version of Reporting Server, you must migrate the installation of Reporting Server as well as the Reporting Agent on all Symantec AntiVirus servers.
To migrate Reporting Server
1. On the computer that runs Reporting Server, double-click the Setup.exe file at the root of the installation CD.
2. On the splash screen, click Install Symantec Client Security or Install Symantec AntiVirus.
3. On the splash screen, click Install Reporting Server.
4. When prompted, type the password for the sa account.
5. Follow the prompts to complete the installation.
6. Restart the computer when prompted.
To migrate the Reporting Agent on a Symantec AntiVirus server
On the installation CD, double-click the Reporting\Agents\Setup.exe file and follow the prompts to complete the installation.

Note: You do not have to update the servers to the latest version to update the reporting components as they are completely separate installs and updating the server does not update the Reporting components.
