Question/Issue:
You have Symantec AntiVirus Corporate Edition 9.x or 8.x, or Norton AntiVirus Corporate Edition 7.x installed on a NetWare server, and you want to upgrade to Symantec AntiVirus 10.x.
Solution:
In order to avoid installation problems, Symantec Technical Support recommends that you uninstall any older versions of Symantec antivirus software on NetWare platforms before installing Symantec AntiVirus 10.x.
