Days Remaining for Norton 2006 Subscription Service unexpectedly changes to "-1"

If your subscription service unexpectedly changes to "-1," run the SymKBFix tool to automatically fix the problem.

Download and run SymKBFix file

Download the SymKBFix.exe file to your desktop. DOWNLOAD
If you see a message asking if you want to run or save the file, click Save. Then save the file to your desktop.

Exit all programs.

Double-click the SymKBFix.exe file that you downloaded to your desktop.
If you use Windows XP or Windows Vista, you may see an "Open File - Security Warning" that "The publisher could not be verified . . . " If you see this message, click Run.

Click Install.

Click Next, and then click Finish.

Click Yes to restart the computer.
