Forcing your Norton 2006 product to synchronize

 

Your Norton product subscription may show as expired if your Norton product did not synchronize with the Symantec servers. You can force your Norton product to synchronize, and then your subscription renewal date will be updated.

Start your Norton 2006 product.

In the upper-right corner of the product window, click Help & Support > Subscription.

Click I have already purchased a subscription, check my subscription status.

Click Next.

Click Next.

Your Norton product connects to the Symantec server and checks your subscription status.

In the summary panel, click Finish.

Your subscription expiration date should now be correct.
