I renewed my Norton 2003/2004 product subscription, and it still shows expired

You bought a subscription renewal, but when you start your Norton 2004/2003 program, the Subscription Renewal Date is incorrect or says "Expired."

Your Norton product subscription may appear to be expired if your Norton product did not synchronize with the Symantec servers. You can force your Norton product to synchronize, and then your subscription renewal date will be updated.

NOTE Note If you have a Norton 2003 or earlier product, run LiveUpdate to synchronize with the Symantec servers. The following steps are for 2004 product versions only.

STEP 1
