I renewed my Norton 2005 product subscription, and it still shows expired

You bought a subscription renewal, and when you open your Norton 2005 program, the Subscription Service Renewal Date is incorrect or says "Expired."

Your Norton product subscription may show as expired if your Norton product did not synchronize with the Symantec servers. You can force your Norton product to synchronize, and then your subscription renewal date will be updated.
