	You bought a subscription and do not have a product to download. Run LiveUpdate to complete your subscription renewal. We need a little more information. Please check the middle of your confirmation email to find the product name that you bought. Determine whether you bought a subscription renewal or an upgrade. If you bought a subscription renewal, you do not need to download anything. 	I did not get a confirmation email
