		I have not installed my product The location of your product key or activation key depends on how you obtained the program: I bought a Symantec product CD online or in a local store The product key is on the back of the CD envelope. I downloaded a product from the Symantec Store The activation key/product key is in your confirmation email message. You can also see it if you log on and view your order details. My Symantec program came installed by the computer manufacturer The computer manufacturer provided a CD so that you can reinstall the program. The product key is located on the back of that CD envelope. If your CD envelope does not have a product key, contact your computer manufacturer. Some computer manufacturers may provide the Product Key on an activation card. Check to see if you have an activation card for your Norton product. If you cannot find a card, contact your computer manufacturer. I have installed my product I have Norton 360 or a Norton 2006/2007/2008/2009 product If you use America Online, temporarily disable the parental controls before you recover your product key. 1 Go to Norton Account page.
