Type the subscription key or the Renewal Code |
|
|
Follow these tips when you type the subscription key:
- If your subscription key or the Renewal Code has a "0" in it, type the number zero and not the letter "O."
- All letters are capitals, and not lowercase. Use the Shift key when you type letters.
- Subscription keys have eleven characters and the Renewal Code has 19 characters. They use both numbers and letters.
- You may have received an email message that contains many subscription numbers and Renewal Codes. Be sure to choose the correct one for your product.
- If more than one Norton product is installed, they listed in the window in which you type your subscription key. Click the name of the product for which you need to renew the subscription, and then type the subscription key for that product.
