Customers with a current maintenance entitlement are eligible for the latest build of their product via one of two routes.

1. The License Portal, https://licensing.symantec.com, allows you access to the latest build following the FileConnect link. Here you can enter your Certificate Serial Number, Upgrade Notification ID, Voucher Number or E-Fulfillment Order Number to get access to the products available in your download account.

2. You can also access the latest build of products by going directly to FileConnect at https://fileconnect.symantec.com. Here you must provide your product serial number to access products available in your download account.
